Apple - App Store World Cup 2022 Package

For the FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022, Apple collaborated with Buck Amsterdam to produce a graphics package celebrating the match on the App Store. The design team led by AD Estefan Richter developed a graphic language, merging the participating country’s flags with mosaic patterns found in Qatar’s architecture and heritage. With the guidance of CD Richard Grey, my role was to lead a fantastic team of 2D animators to bring the designs to life and to build a modular toolkit so the Apple team can easily apply flag color schemes to the loops.
